Anchor uses AI technology (including OpenAI GPT-4) to provide features such as meal analysis and exercise generation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information independently.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The Service provides tools for tracking fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals. However, the Service is not intended to provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
